Surrogate Health Insurance Verification:

We conduct a thorough review of the surrogate’s health insurance plan to determine whether or not her policy is surrogacy friendly. Our report will have very detailed information regarding the limits of coverage, yearly deductible and maximum out of pocket amounts. We will also determine if the surrogate’s policy is an self funded through either her or her spouse’s employer.

Surrogate Life Insurance:

We specialize in life insurance for the surrogates. Our process is streamlined and efficient. In most cases we can place a policy for surrogates with in one to two weeks.

Surrogate Premium Payment Plan:

We can make the monthly premium payments on behalf of the surrogates. We will requisition the attorney trust account or the agency for the monthly premium payment and we will then make the payment to the carrier. While making the payments we also check to make sure all claims have been handled without issue. If there are any hold ups with claims processing we will attempt to rectify it immediately and notify the agency or responsible parties. This ensures that the payment is made on time each month and that the policy is in good standing.

Health Insurance Search and Placement:

We will search for a surrogacy friendly health insurance policy for the surrogate in her state. We will check compatibility of this policy with her OB and/or clinic. We will fill out the application and submit the application along with the first premium payment. Once we have confirmed that the application has been processed and we obtain the Member ID # and we will draft a health insurance review and send it to the agency.
